Do I need an appointment to come to the store?

No, you don't! But if you have really specific needs, and would like personalized attention, make one anyway, that way we can give you the best of our time.

How long will my custom hat take to be made?

It depends on how busy any particular season is, but worst case scenario is 3 weeks. That said if we need to do a number or fittings and we have to fit those into your schedule it can take longer, which is why we ask brides to begin the process 6 weeks ahead if possible. 

What are the hats made of?

Our hats are made of all kinds of materials, from wool felts to beaver fur felts and straws ranging from hand woven panama straws to simple raffias. We make hats from silks, satins, linens and so much more.
